Having built two investor relations firm (www.haydenir.com and www.hcinternational.net) in the United States, Matt has come to appreciate how precious a sunset over the Pacific Ocean on a tranquil evening can really be.
Geoff Nolan has been in the real estate financing and development business for over thirty years in the United States, specializing in recent years in resort residential projects along the Atlantic coast. Geoff has been investing in the Southern Zone of Costa Rica for the past four years.
Ben Morris, a Landscape Architect from California leverages 12 years of experience in large scale commercial and residential design and building, including five years as an integral component of the Tierra Pacifica Playa Junquillal project. Ben brings a creative touch, mixing nature and classic architecture.
Leif Bernhardt was born in the U.S and moved to Costa Rica with his parents as a child, where he has spent his whole life in Escaleras, a dramatic community where the rainforest touches the ocean. With five years of experience in construction and property management Leif is a complementary addition to our team.
Ray McLaughlin has been coming to Costa Rica since he was born. His grandparents worked with the United Fruit Company (‘Chiquita Banana’) and lived out their lives here. Ray has been living in Dominical for 5 years and has been involved with other local developments.
