About Uvita Costa Rica

Costa Rica is a keystone of the Central American Isthmus bridging north and south, and one of the most desirable destinations in this region of the world. Uvita, which is located on the country’s Pacific Coastline, is a small but growing community surrounded by national parks. Uvita ocean views are famous from one special park. Marino Ballena National Park, contains the “Whales Tail” formation amongst its stunning beaches.

Uvita also has convenient access to the all the necessary amenities served by the Costanera highway. These include supermarkets, hotels, banks, fine dining, law offices, doctors’ offices, shopping plaza, hardware stores, contractors, galleries, Internet cafes, realtors, tour companies, and a car wash. All of this located less than 2 kilometers from our project in Uvita Costa Rica.
